Eligibility and Rent: The rent at Fountain Manor is based on income. Residents pay a total of 30% of adjusted income, including an allowance for utilities. To qualify for Fountain Manor, applicants must be age 62 or over and/or disabled, regardless of age, and have an income of $43,350 or less for one person, or $49,550 or less for two people.
